Sitting with materials all in front of me. But can't get any ideas. Someone suggest something to inspire me?

this is a Tid-bit from something written by me a while back. All i could hear was my blood pounding in my ears, my labored breath, my feet rhythmically beating on the leaf littered floor. All my muscles ached. I needed to rest, to catch my breath, to just stop running. It felt as if i had been running for hours. Could i just for a beat or two? If i wanted to stay intact, then probably not. How did i wind up in this situation? I can't remember? Or do i just not know? I.....I don't know...I just can't let him, them, catch me.
